THE FLEET

"Today's tall trucks require extended hoppers!"

"As far as I'm concerned, going behind a roto-mill is the hardest job of all for a sweeper or its operator. The sweeper has to be extremely heavy-duty and in good condition, and the operator must have a high degree of competence."

Rotary Broom:

These are the best all-around sweepers for heavy debris. These machines sweep the ground and mechanically carry the material to an on-board hopper.

Regenerative air vacuum machines:

These carry the material to a hopper by means of an air stream. These machines use the same air over and over again.

Regenerative air machines differ from parking lot sweepers in that they re-use air to lift debris into the hopper rather than exhausting dirty air into the atmosphere.
